⚠️ Wrong Shipping Address Disclaimer⚠️

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • Customers are responsible for supplying the correct address at checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is supplied:

    • Delivery cannot be guaranteed and we are not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information.

    • If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, original shipping fees are non-refundable, and re-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

    • For free shipping orders, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from any refund.

  • If you notice an error before dispatch, contact us immediately. Once shipped, address changes must be arranged with your local postal service.

  • Once your order ships, the shipping carrier is responsible for your package in transit. If a package is lost or damaged in transit before delivery is confirmed, please notify us promptly; we will assist in communicating with the carrier for resolution.

  • For US Customers:

    • Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage (delivery in 2–5 business days, typically). Tracking number provided.

    • Dispatched from our Southern California partner warehouse.

  • For Customers in Other Countries:

    • Orders ship via air freight from our Korea warehouse.

    • Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.

Transit time estimates shown at checkout are provided directly by the shipping carriers and are intended as guidelines only. We do not and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If your order appears to be taking unusually longer than expected, please reach out to our support team at cs@nida.co and we will be happy to assist.

For all international orders (non-US customers): Please note that customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges may be imposed by your country’s customs office upon arrival of your order.

These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.

Customs exemption (duty-free) thresholds vary by country, and we highly recommend checking your country’s specific limit before placing an order, as exceeding this limit may result in additional charges.

If you are ordering for the first time, we highly recommend placing a small test order to ensure successful delivery and smooth customs clearance. Once you have confirmed there are no issues, you may consider placing a larger order; however, we still highly recommend keeping your order value under your country’s customs exemption threshold.

Examples of Duty-Free (Customs Exemption) Thresholds*
  • Australia 🇦🇺: Exempt up to AUD $1,000.

  • New Zealand 🇳🇿: Exempt up to NZ$1,000.

  • Canada 🇨🇦: 0% duty rate on cosmetics from Korea (thanks to the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement). Note: Customs may charge GST/HST on orders above a certain threshold (approx. 100 CAD).

  • United Kingdom 🇬🇧: Exempt up to GBP 135.

  • EU 🇪🇺: Exempt up to EUR 150.
  • Switzerland 🇨🇭: Exempt up to CHF 62–65 or USD 66.

🌐 Note for International Shipments

We currently have a 1kg weight limit for all international shipments to ensure reliable delivery and smooth customs clearance.
If your cart exceeds 1kg in total weight, you’ll see a “Cannot ship to address” message at checkout.

To proceed, please place your order in multiple smaller shipments — each under 1kg.
(As a reference, 1kg is usually about 7–8 items, depending on the product.)

When will my order ship?

  • Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).

  • We pack and process shipments Monday through Saturday.

  • US orders are shipped Monday to Saturday.

  • Non-US (international) orders are shipped Monday to Friday.

  • Please note: Fulfillment may be delayed in situations such as risky or flagged payments, address verification issues, or if some items are out of stock. If your order is affected, we will notify you as soon as possible.

How do I track my order?

  • A tracking number is provided after your order ships. It may take 1–3 business days for tracking details to update.

  • If your tracking link doesn’t populate in that time, contact us and we’ll assist you.

Will I get charged again if my package is returned due to a wrong address?

  • Yes. If a shipment is returned for an invalid or incorrect address, the original shipping fee is not refunded and reshipping will require an additional shipping fee.
